Absolutely!: Your symptoms are very worrisome of a major process going on in your pelvis and or abdomen. I would recommend you not delay being seen urgently/emergently for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope all goes well.

Go see your doc: Severe sharp pain in the pelvic and abdomen is not good. Pain with ambulation, getting up from sitting, and tenderness could be a lot of different dx, but the two that i worry about are appendix and ovarian cyst rupture. You need a ct scan or an ultrasound to see if you have either. This can only be done in the er. You doctor may be able to arrange for it as an outpatient, but i wouldnt wait.
