Probiotics: Antibiotics can disturb the balance of gut bacteria, and the most important thing after a course of antibiotics is replacing the "good" ones. Discuss with your doctor, but a good probiotic may be really helpful. By this i mean one with live cultures, usually found in the refrigerated section of your health food store. Some brands of kefir, yogurt, miso, & sauerkraut can help too.
