If you don't know: of specific nutrients that are low in your situation you can start w/a GOOD multivitamin. You need about half of the USA Recommended Daily Allowances on the label to be several 100% higher than the RDA listed next to the ingredient. That's more important than having more ingredients in the vitamin tablet, i.e., 20 ingredients is not necessarily better than 15. Higher amount is better. Peace.
