Relax: If it was small enough to warrant just watching, then it likely means there is no difference in outcomes with a 6 month waiting period. If you want to be completely at ease, get the ct report and images, and ask your doctor to show them to a urologist.

Worry/No,Concern/yes: Congenital small kidney is not uncommon. Family history? Blood pressure okay? Are you following with your pcp and urologist and or nephrologist? Pending your age and risk factors, medications taken and general health, i would not worry but be concerned and follow closely and carefully and take all medications deemed appropriate and get in great health. If unsure, get another opinion.
