My 3 month old takes 10mg of nexium (esomeprazole) and zantac.how far apart do they need to be spaced out from each other?

One in am, one in pm: Generally when taking both these medications, the use is "off label" meaning there's no real protocol. They don't affect the function of each other, but synergistically work to help with acid reduction. Generally I have people take the Nexium (esomeprazole) in the am, at some point (early?) and the zantac in the mid pm (5-6 pm perhaps?). It doesn't have to be that exact.
