I feel nauseous but not like vomiting, i feel dizzy, short of breath, dr said i may have acid reflux , im on nexium (esomeprazole) and zantac for 2 months. no luck.

Complicated: Nausea is a typical gerd symptom but not dizzy or shortness of breath. Those are unusual. I suggest you get a fresh evaluation by someone else - a second opinion, to make sure something else isn't going on.
