How long?: How long have you felt this way? Do you have a fever, cough? Are you producing sputum if you cough? Did the pain come on suddenly or gradually? Are you sweating at night? To render a diagnosis i would need to answer these questions, examine you, and get a chest x-ray. If you really can't breath at all, go to the er via ambulance. If its mildly bad, get seen today by a local doctor.
