I feel like i am on a boat all the time. the doctor says its anxiety. it comes and goes and its been like this for 3 years.it drives me nuts. i am stressed. what should i do?

Hard to know: I would not write this off to stress without at least an evaluation by a neurologist and a balance specialist either an ENT doc or a physiatrist. Balance/ vestibular function is extremely complex..With such long standing symptoms, i would check further.

Need more info: If you are having intermittent episodes of feeling as if you are seasick you should probably be seen by an ENT doctor. If this is truly anxiety you might benefit from seeing a clinical psychologist.
