Headaches everyday! doctor says its stress and anxiety, but i'm not stressed! headaches are all over my head, but a lot seem to be sinuses what cani do?

Ear Nose Throat Dr.: Ent doctor should help. Try nasal decongestant. Note, some don't mix well with high blood pressure. Steam clears sinuses but don't spill hot water on yourself in the process! (more common than you would think). Anti-allergy meds (not benadryl!) on a regular basis once clear passages.
