None as noted: Laser tattoo removal allows for the macrophages to remove your ink bringing it to the nodes. There does not seem to be any ill effects. There are immediate risks and most of which are operator dependent scar formation , blistering, infection from poor after care and some others not related to the persons allergic reaction to ink, swelling, itch, pigment loos ( the skin looses pigment)
