None: If done with appropriate precaution by an expert......it will be ok, except few local and minor issues.

So far no problems: Aside from instant problems like burns from inappropriate laser use there seems to be no adverse health issues to laser tattoo removal. The ink in taken up by your lympahtics which is where it would go already but much more slowly. Thre is no study that shows any acute health issues
