Find everyday safety: In addition to ensuring that your dad is in medical treatment, make sure you have the right supports. Is there someone you can call any time of day to come and get you if something goes wrong? Sometimes it's good to have a "port in the storm". Along those lines, seek counseling if you think you're getting too stressed.
