Hard to say: Not sure we can make a diagnosis just from that information. In order for a diagnosis for bipolar one has to meet specific criteria. Physical abuse is a problem and should not be tolerated. You may want to talk to someone about this.

Physical Abuse: He is guilty of physical abuse. This needs no clarification. He certainly probably has potentially a personality disorder plus or minus mental illness. You are old enough now to protect yourself and get help!
