Yes, but...: If you're trying to lose weight, try to keep the fruits to a minimum at night. Especially high sugar (high glycemic) fruits like bananas, apples, oranges, pineapples, etc. I generally recommend a cup of low sugar fruits like berries or melons at night or 1-2 cups of green veggies at night.. Fructose in fruits is a major cause of weight gain and diabetes.
