Not likely : Liposuction is best considered for spot reduction and not overall weight loss. I would encourage you to seek counseling from a certified dietician / nutritionist to help you review your current diet. Also consider finding a personnel trainer, often available at your local ymca , to help you review your exercise program. Your $ based on long term outcome would be better invested than with lipo.

No it is not: No liposuction is not the answer for weight loss. Liposuction works best when you are close to your normal body weight, but have some excess deposits in certain areas, not overall weight gain . Liposuction is more of a conturing procedure. You should try and lose as much weight as possible before through diet and exercise.

? Lipo weight loss ?: Liposuction isnt a treatment for obesity. The amount of fat that is safely removed with lipo is a few pounds and only in a small area.Liposuction is best for bodysculpting small areas that resist diet and exercise.I would encourage you to seek out a structured, perhaps professional balanced diet and exercise as they have the highest rate of success. Dont get discouraged.More planning =more success.

Not liposuction: Many people have difficulty with low calorie diets because they starve you. You might want to check out "the gabriel method, " by jon gabriel. Its principles can lead to sustainable weight loss and a much healthier relationship with food -- not to mention a healthier life overall. There are many other "programs, " but this is one of the few that addresses why we get fat in the first place.
