Phase delayed sleep: It would appear that you have fallen out of rhythm with your circadian system. This is very common in teens and college age people. There are several quite effective practices for getting back in sync with your body's clock. Some may sound a little bizarre and may require work with a sleep physician or psychologist. First try waking at 7 am, 7 days a week for a full month. No naps.
