You may very well suffer a sleep disorder, Sleep Apnea. This can cause secondary daytime drowsiness, and elevate your blood pressure. Undergo an overnite sleep study, including oximetry, and commence appropriate therapeutic intervention.

While sleep apnea is strongly suggested by your symptoms, the acuity of your symptoms raises the suspicion of a rather acute condition, related or unrelated to sleep apnea, and seeing your primary care doc would be appropriate in trying to sort things out.
