Well tolerated: Fluticasone is a steroid nasal spray that is available in generic form. It is well tolerated. Side effects to look out for include bleeding, nasal irritation and dryness of the nose. Nasal infections and nasal septal perforations may rarely occur. Glaucoma and cataracts are even more rare.
