Sinus infection?: If you have been diagnosed with a sinus infection results are not often seen immediately. However, if the symptoms worsen, you may require a change in your antibiotic regimen. Discuss this with your physician.

Sinusitis: Many cases are not bacterial and do not necessarily require antibiotic treatment. You might try nasal irrigation using a neti pot (ask your pharmacist). If you have facial swelling, redness, tenderness over the areas below or above your eye, fever, severe headaches, you might benefit from seeing an ENT doctor.
