I am regularly taking fluticasone spray and azalestine spray; i still wake up often with nasal blockages, any alternative solution pls without surgery?

Depends: Is the congestion from inflammation of the nasal turbinates or from hypertrophied (enlarged) turbinates. If they are inflamed, finding the cause would be best. For example: dust mite allergy, pet dander allergy, or from acid reflux at night? Treat the underlying cause or avoid the trigger. If they are hypertrophied then a turbinate reduction would help. Get checked for nasal polyps too.
