Dentist: You should be seeing a dentist or an oral surgeon. Few abscesses are treatable with antibiotics alone, and require surgical drainage. If this is not done soon you may be faced with bone infection in the underlying jaw tissues, or extension of infection into fascial planes of the neck with potential severe morbidity and mortality. Do this asap.
