No!: The sun myth continues! but you are not like paleonlithic man. You wear clothing outdoors. You should be on 2000 iu of vitamin d3 per day!

Very common: Low vitamin d is very common in most of my patients including myself. It has to do with absorption from the intestine as well as the right type of the sun exposure. Goal is more 50 to get all the health benefits rather than 30. I suggest taking 2000 iu daily or 5000 iu every other day.
