Possible: the primary possibilities here are benign granulomatous disease or metastatic disease. You should definitely have this evaulated further to rule out metastatic malignancy. A pulmonolgist might be a good place to start.

Probably not: The good news is that CT is accurate for PE and it is good to know you didn't have one. In general hypoattenuated nodules are fat and likely to be non cancerous. The increase in size may be an artifact. The one that is 1.3 mm needs to be followed to make sure it is not something else unless it is obviously a lipoma (benign fat collection).
