Call your OB NOW: U need evaluation, as you may need a laparoscopy to see if anything else is going on like endometriosis, and you need appropriate pain meds for now and then if it is really from cysts you need to get on suppressive therapy like contiuous birth control pills , depo- Provera (medroxyprogesterone) , etc, there are differnet preventative options for u.
