Two days ago i had sharp pain in left side. excruciating stabbing pain. i thought it was a ovarian cyst. today right side is horrible, tender to touch, im bloated, hurts to touch lrq, nauseous, pain straining to poop. er? appendix or ovarian cyst?

If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side, and cause discomfort or pain. Gallstones and kidney stones can also cause pain. In such cases, a primary care doctor or an ER doctor can evaluate.
