May need to go to ER: If your abdominal pain continues to get worse, you should go to an ER in a hospital as Surgery may be necessary to remove the cyst if your pain is severe, persistent and associated with nausea/ vomiting or Fever. If you remain relatively well for 24 hours then you could wait to see your doctor next week.
