Splints: Flexion of the elbows as wells as wrists as we sleep puts stress on the ulnar and median nerves respectively which contributes to cubital and carpal tunnel. It is difficult to maintain proper positioning at night without some type of either wrist or elbow splint depending on the nerve involved.
