Is a cystoscope and prostate ultrasound routine to examine bladder/prostate for problems with nighttime urination and daytime weak flow ? I have BPH but normal PSA. Have had digital exam yearly ?
No BPH but low urine flow @ night. Urlgst wants to insert device into penis to look for block. Is that the only next step? Flow only problem at night
