Check: Initial part of stream bloody is acceptable 3 days after TURP for BPH.You must be asking for sobody else as you are w8.There is no sush thing as TURP for BPH on a 28 year old.It does not say where you are in the world.Check with the surgeon who did the TUR.

Should get better.: Since, with a TURP, your prostate gland was removed through your urethra, blood in your urine and residual burning are normal for a few days afterwards. However, if it persists or if you notice blood clots or fever or upper back pain, seek immediate medical care. In any case you should follow up with your urologist about 1 week after the procedure.
