BPH & Urine: I often recommend, given that all else is fine in the examination and testing, that my patients start with the herb saw palmetto. If one notices symptom improvement within the first seven days then we stay on the herb for 90 days straight. If there is no improvement i then prescribe one of several medications. If this does not help then i send my patients to the urologist.
