DKA: He will probaly go into diabetic ketoacidosis, that is his/her blood sugar will go extremely high, the ph of his/her blood will be low ( turns acidic), he/she will have eletrolyte imbalance, he/she will be very dehydrated and if he/she is not treated promptly he/she may die.
