Need more info: There r some small wrist bone fx's that do not show up on x-ray 4 a couple of wks. Also some others. If a fx is highly suspected, i always casted people & saw them in 2 wks cast off re x-ray. This gives time 4 things 2 calm down so u can xam better & x-ray. If still suspect a fx mr will show it as well as bone brusing and bleeding and fluid associated with fractures.
