Is lymphoma a type of bone cancer?

No, but...: Lymphoma is a cancer of white blood cells, similar to leukemia. That being said, there is a type of lymphoma known as a primary non-hodgkin lymphoma of bone (plb) that presents as solitary or multiple, destructive bone lesions.

Not technically : Lymphoma is a cancer derived from lymphocytes (immune cells) that are broad classified as B or T lymphocytes. They are normally present in the bone marrow so lymphomas commonly involve this area, but they are not derived from "bone" as most people think of bone.
