can you answer, is hodgkin's lymphoma and bone cancer at the same time common?

No: Most "bone cancer" is actually metastasis from another cancer type (lung, breast, lymphoma). This is common. True primary bone cancer is very rare. The most common primary bone cancer in adults is osteosarcoma.
