I started taking hydroxychloroquine and sulfazine ec a few weeks ago. for the last three days i've been unusually tired. is this a side effect?

Yes: Ask your doctor which medicine to hold to see if the fatigue improves. I have seen fatigue occur which both these rx. However, if these rx are being used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (ra), remember that RA can also cause fatigue.
