I was diagnosis with uctd. plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) decreased fatigue&markers of inflammation . i am still winded and sweat constantly(not menopaus). could uctd cause this?

See details: Sweating is less likely related unless you are on prednisone. Pulmonary or cardiac issues may be a component of UCTD.
