Not really: I am pleased for you that you are still walking. Stiffness is from the spacticity. Medications can help but do have side effects. If your walk is difficult, consider the 4 wheeled shopping cart design of walker that smooths out your balance and gait you may find this more comfortable and help you walk at a better speed.
