Keep following up: It is great your baby has a medical home and a primary care provider! keep up the wcc appointments to keep track of baby's growth and development. If he has feeding difficulty, rapid breathing, or wheezing associated with the cough - take him in right away.

?irritants?: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages & exposure to dust, fragrances, smoke &irritants trigger cough .Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment &this will happen less.
