Possibly: Ask your gynecologist or infertility surgeon whether if they used an uterine manipulator. These manipulators can cause some spotting after surgery for a few days. As long as there's not intense pain and fever, what you're describing is probably normal.

Probably: Some amount of vaginal spotting or light bleeding is normal after a hysterectomy regardless of how it was done. What you describe is not unusual.

Spotting: That is not unusual. It should go away in a few days. If it persists, see your gynecologist for a follow up visit.
