3 days after having da vinci surgery for endometriosis i have been having brown spotting for 2 days now. is this normal?

Possibly: Ask your gynecologist or infertility surgeon whether if they used an uterine manipulator. These manipulators can cause some spotting after surgery for a few days. As long as there's not intense pain and fever, what you're describing is probably normal.
