Was the bill paid?: A bill for a procedure that was done 3 years ago could be a mistake. Check your records to be sure you did pay the doctor, and also call the doctor's office regardless of what your home records show. Avoid leaving any bills (phone bills, electricity bills, doctor bills, etc... ) unresolved. Check your current insurance plan to learn how and when to pay your share of the upcoming surgery.
