I have endometriosis , ive been on lupron (leuprolide) for 3 months. a few hrs ago i felt a tearing pain in hip (still hurts) and now spotting brown blood. go er?

Go to ER/Urgent care: Get this evaluated promptly, as any tearing pain in the hips is not normal, and needs to be evaluated by a physician, and possibly imaged further. Spotting brown doesn't help matters too!
