Endometriosis : Is a complex disorder, you want to keep the follow-up with your gynecologist, take a second opnion if you wish, if surgery is indicated, however your gynecologist will work in your best interest. Meanwhile NSAIDS, unless contraindicated , would help, check the right dosage, hormonal therapy can be used too, but out of the scope of this forum, wish you well and good luck
