Stage 4 Endo: Stage IV Endometriosis unfortunately indicates massive adhesions and intestinal as well as reproductive structure involvement. Given that scenario, pregnancy must first be ruled out with a pregnancy test. Secondly, your GYN MD must decide, if the pregnancy test is negative, how to proceed such as period induction or evaluation of the seriousness of the Endometriosis.
