Yes: Sertraline belong to the ssri family and it is good antidepressant and good for anxiety.

Sertraline: I agree with dr. Amawi that sertraline can be very helpful for depression and anxiety (is this what you mean by "mind scruple"?). Your 50mg dose is a starting one -- titration upwards and/or adjustments may be needed. Since each person is an individual case, it's important to follow up consistently with your prescribing physician to assess whether sertraline is a good medicine for you.
