Please promptly: Notify your prescribing physcian/ psychiatrist. Starting a medication in this class can lead to insomnia and increased nervousness when first starting. When patient feels 'high' (euphoria) that can sometimes be activation of mania/hypomania. Please consult with your dr now.

Call your doctor!: Please call your doctor about this asap. Feeling "high" from 50 mg of zoloft (sertraline) could mean an impending manic episode -- and i would want your physician aware before it worsens. If may only be activation from the medication which may dissipate, but online i cannot tell.
