No: A cyst on the spleen will not affect your appetite. However the cyst was diagnosed, ct or sonogram, there should be some measurement of the cyst. Do not be concerned, as congenital cysts of the spleen, liver , and/or kidneys are not uncommon. Your primary doctor can answer any other questions at your next visit. Good luck.
