No, need tests: A simple cyst in the spleen is usually without symptoms. If it does cause symptoms it would be pain, or cause a lack of appetite. The spleen can be seen and evaluated by ultrasound, or ct scan or mri. Any of those test will be able to measure the size of the cyst.
