Inconsistent: Hemangiomas are usually benign and could not appear as granulomatous calcifications. The calcifications are also benign and usually reflect an old healed infection or inflammation.

Second opinion: Is a good idea. Your MRI and ct findings do not match up. In the next week one or both studies can be submitted to http://conciergeradiologist.Com for reevaluation. One picture is not enough - the whole study will need to be sent, but fortunately that's not hard.
