Fell from a horse 2 wks ago & told had grade 3 spleen lac w/ lrg hematoma. surgery found to be a massive cyst and 3x larger then normal spleen. fall ruptured cyst. what causes these 2 conditions at the same time? no prior s/s or health issues.
