A member asked:

Shoulder pain for three weeks after a laparoscopic to remove the fallopian tube - what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: Shoulder pain shortly after laparoscopy is common due to trapped gas under the diaphragm. But 3 wks later is a bit unusual. This could be from scar tissue, bleeding, or rare late gas retention. See your gyn to get things checked out.
